Eliana comes from Italy, and she has got a solid background in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs at the University of Bologna. Focusing on torture, her Master thesis was award-winning in 2022. Eliana speaks four languages and is passionate about peace, sustainable development and human rights. She enjoys developing a multifaceted career and she is a tireless learner. Being open-minded, she is keen on travelling and engaging in multicultural experiences.

Before joining Concordis, Eliana greatly contributed to the work of international actors, such as Broken Chalk and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. In her role, she has dealt with several global issues, and she has gained expertise in advocacy, communication and raising-awareness. In line with her interest in peacebuilding, she has committed to investing her knowledge and professional skills in the fundraising and communication efforts of our organization.
